Heart Maps

If you’ve ever looked at the map inside an epic fantasy novel, or played a role play adventure game, you’ve encountered a fanciful geography with details that fit the story. In this workshop you'll explore the geography of your emotional landscape with an insightful technique that creates a map, and uses the language of that map to  begin a poem.  

Any drawing supplies you have on hand will do. You can have as little as a pen and some paper, or go wild and bring out all your crayons, colored pencils, and favorite supplies. You do not need to be skilled at drawing or writing to take this workshop. We all join with a beginner’s mind.
